All orders will be processed and mailed within 5 - 10 business days from the date of purchase. If for any reason an order will take longer than 10 business days to process, you will be contacted via email by a member of the Dayna Can U…Customer Service Team.

 

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) within 10 days of the order delivery date. The returned item must be unworn, and in its original condition. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, except in the case of an incorrect shipment.

Please note that sale items and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Website orders cannot be refunded in SECUR stores.

Return Tracking

Please be sure to keep the tracking number that is sent to you via email once your prepaid return label has been created.  If you choose to return and not utilize the shipping label, Dayna Can U… is not responsible for lost or returned packages, and recommend that you insure your package for the full value of the contents.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 14 business days to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email when the return is completed. It may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds reflect on your billing statement.
